Meet Our Team

Dr. Cori Russell

TC Coordinator/ Lead Instructor

Cori serves as the Training Center Coordinator and a Lead Work Safety On-site Training Instructor. She is board certified in Sports Medicine and has 24 years of experience providing Emergency Medical Services for collegiate and professional sports. She earned her doctorate of Health Science specializing in curriculum and instruction from A.T. Still University in 2017.

Instructor Bari

Instructor
Bari is originally from New York and is dedicated educating families in emergency response and first aid. Although her background is in business, her desire to train families and keep the community safe for children led her to become an instructor in 2020. She has experience in bleeding control, wound care, and pediatric first aid.

Instructor Hope

Instructor
Hope is originally from Dallas Texas and is a nationally certified BLS instructor. She is an advocate for cardiac awareness. Hope has a background in nursing education and prior to teaching served as a trauma flight nurse. She has over 15 years of emergency care experience.

Dr. Cori Russell

Alex has a background in Accounting and Finance along with years of experience in managing day-to-day operations. Her passion for pediatric safety came after a life-changing experience saving her choking infant daughter in 2017.

Our Team

Dr. Cori Russell TC Coordinator/ Lead Instructor

Cori serves as the Training Center Coordinator and a Lead Work Safety On-site Training Instructor for Finish Strong CPR & Medical Training. She became an instructor after performing CPR and AED Skills on her mentor and Cardiac Arrest Victim in 2007. She is board certified in Sports Medicine and has 24 years of experience providing Emergency Medical Services for collegiate and professional sports. She earned her doctorate of Health Science specializing in curriculum and instruction from A.T. Still University in 2017. Her passion is to continue to create safer workplacess by improving students access to high quality hands-on health & safety training and resources such as Automated External Defibrillators in public locations.

Dr.Russell is a certified American Heart Association Training Center Faculty, a certified Stop the Bleed Instructor, Red Cross Instructor, Health Safety Institute and ECSI Instructor Trainer.

Instructor Bari

Bari is originally from New York and is dedicated educating families in emergency response and first aid.

Although her background is in business, her desire to train familiies and keep the community safe for children, led her to become an instructor in 2020. She has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, but has years of experience in team building, bleeding control, wound care techniques, and first aid for pediatrics. She has helped many families learn basic first aid techniques to ensure children are safe if choking, drowning, or experienceing stings or cuts.

Mrs. Kopp is a current instructor for the American Heart Association, Health Safety Institute and ECSI.

Instructor Hope

Hope is originally from Dallas Texas and is a nationally certified BLS instructor for Finish Strong CPR & Medical Training. She is an advocate for cardiac awareness with the goal of equipping workplaces with lifesaving skills.

Hope has a background in nursing education and prior to teaching served as a trauma flight nurse. She has over 15 years of emergency care experience and a decade of teaching in local medical academy programs for high school and college students.

She enjoys working with students and seeing their faces light up when they become confident in their first aid and cpr skills.

Alex Russell, Administrator

Alex has a beckground in Accounting and Finance along with years of experience in managing the day to day operations of preschool . Her passion for pediatric safety came after a life-changing experience saving her choking infant daughter in 2017. She became a certified instructor after that experience and is inspired to serve as our training center administrator. Her responsibilities include customer relations, payroll, and client onboarding. She is an advocate for youth safety in the St. Lucie and Martin County communities and enjoys surfing and kayaking.

Alex has 10 years of experience managing aftercare programs, educating youth and teachers and is currently finishsing her degree in accounting and finance at Florida Atlantic University.
